Shipping Policy

Once the order placed, the items would be shipped after 1-2 business days.
If the orders placed on Fridays, they will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday next week.

Domestic Shipping

網路訂單確認後，現貨商品將於一至二個工作日出貨，如遇例假日或國定假日將順延。
台灣本島地區訂單收取NTD$80元運費; 包裹將以宅急便或郵局包裹寄出。

 

International Shipping

The order will be shipped via FedEx with related freight, depending on the destination.

The freight would be added whilst check out, please note that import duties, customs or any possible occur fees for international shipment are not included in the final price. Please consult your local customs department if you had any queries regarding the import cost.
 

The FedEx tracking number would be provided after the shipping label confirmed.
Nonetheless, due to the uncertainty of global delivery status, we are not able to guarantee the delivery dates.
Risk of loss or damage during the delivery shall pass to the recipient.
