網路訂單退換貨政策

請於購買前詳細確認商品頁資訊與尺寸標示，如對於商品資訊或尺寸有任何疑問，請透過email: info@ping-qi.com 聯繫，我們將協助確認。

請注意我們無接受任何國際訂單的退換貨。
所有珠寶飾品類和基於衛生關係如貼身衣物、圍巾、鞋、帽等商品亦無法退換貨。

透過網路商店成立之訂單即視同同意網站購物規範。

實體店內優惠恕無法於網路商店使用，店內折扣活動與會員相關優惠亦無法同步於網路商品。
網路訂單成立後即無法取消，我們亦保留權利拒絕重複退換貨消費者之訂單。

Online Order Return & Exchange Policy

Please check all item descriptions and measurements before placing orders.
Should you had any queries regarding the items or sizes, please contact us via email: info@ping-qi.com, we will assist you.

Please note that we could not accept exchanges or returns for international orders.
All Jewellery items and those for hygiene purposes such as underwear, scarves, shoes and hats are unable to return/refund.

The orders placed via online shop are considered as fully understood of our online order policy.

In-store discount are not able to apply to any online purchase, the in-store promotions and membership discounts are unable to use on the online orders.

The orders could not be cancelled once they have been placed, we reserve the right to decline orders from clients with recurrent returns.

台灣地區

由於商品皆為手工製作處理，網路購買前請確認商品描述與尺寸標示，除非有重大瑕疵，我們不接受無正當理由或因手工製作之商品顏色、尺寸不符等原因要求退換貨。

特定類型商品無法退貨，如珠寶相關商品（例如耳環、項鍊、手鍊或戒指）、客製化產品（例如特殊客制訂單或個人化尺寸修改品項）和個人護理商品（例如香氛等美容商品）。
我們也不接受貼身衣物（例如內搭衣、圍巾、鞋、帽等）以及危險易碎商品與特價商品的退換貨。

若因商品瑕疵或出貨錯誤需要退換貨，您的商品必須與您收到時的狀態相同、未磨損或未使用、帶有標籤且採用原始包材。您還需要收據或購買證明。 

如果我們接受您的退換貨，我們將向您發送有關如何及將包裹寄往何處的說明。
請注意您可能會需要負擔寄回的運費等相關衍伸費用，未先要求退貨而退回給我們的品項將不予接受。 
請注意退貨完成後的款項將轉為消費留抵金額，可於店內消費折抵使用。

國際訂單 
基於運送時間、關稅與運費等相關問題，我們無法接受海外訂單的退換貨。

International Order
Due to the transit time, customs and freights,  we are not able to accept exchanges or returns for orders that placed overseas.
If you have any queries about our items and sizing , please contact our team for assistance.

商品瑕疵 
請在收到訂單後檢查您的訂單，如果品項有缺陷、損壞或您收到錯誤品項，請立即聯絡我們，以便我們評估問題並予以糾正。

請注意因手工生產過程產生的尺寸/顏色差異為正常現象，非商品缺陷。

Defective Products
Please check the items whilst the order received, if the ordered products were damaged or you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately in order to evaluate the issue.

Please be noted those variations of sizes/ colours due to the handmade process are all natural effects and could not be considered as defective products.
